I once went to a Zumba class and the teacher asked me:"First time?" to which I answered:" In Zumba?" she smiled and went:"No, first time dancing?". Cheeky but funny. I was that bad. Don't worry about the gain, really could be anything - water weight, new muscles, moon in aquarius - you can never trust the scale.
