  1. Great post, I actually did not know junk food caused brain fog, I guess I need to re-look at how I use it for sugar filled highs on road trips to keep me more alert!
    I do agree on the other aspects, while I couldn't cut it out of my life entirely, the word moderation definitely needs to be used and I really should take that to heart!

    country its the whole world . Stop killing this world. Eat a salad for a change that can save this
